FLEXIBILITY IN HIRING (CONTRACT MODEL) BY THE CUSTOMER

Flexibility of adjustment to the business model and profile of each costumer. The most common contract types used are:

Diferentials

TURN KEY: the customer pays a fixed and determined price and MUTUAL executes the entire project, from the foundation to the finish. In this modality, the project scope must be clear and the project design well defined

Diferentials

MAXIMUM GUARANTEED PRICE (MPG): type of hybrid contract between TURN KEY and construction by ADMINISTRATION. MUTUAL prepares an open budget, with a remuneration rate agreed with the customer. If the project execution costs less, the result of the economy is divided between the parties. If the project execution becomes more expensive, MUTUAL assumes the loss

Diferentials

ADMINISTRATION: MUTUAL performs the project execution and charges a management fee on materials and labor costs, or a fixed monthly remuneration. This hiring modality is used when the costumer has a macro idea of the project, as a basic project, but many details are still not defined

Diferentials

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (EPCM): in this type of contract MUTUAL is responsible for the entire process, including:

  • Project development (including basic and executive projects)
  • Acquisition of materials and equipment to be used in the project
  • Management and administration of construction contracts signed between the customer and subcontractors and other contracted suppliers
